I found the perfect background paper among one of my PIF envelopes and cut it to size.
I used one complete flower and then cut some petals from another flower to fill out the card. A gold word and butterfly, fussy cut, from Paper Wishes completed the card.
Three shades of 'spicy' colours were used as a background, cutting one edge with a fancy scissors. I used one of the owls from a wallpaper sample and then couldn't resist this sentiment - owl you need is love.
I found this image on the web and knew I had to use it for this swap!!
I used a darker background to show off my spice jars, which I fussy cut and outlined with a grey pencil and attached across the middle of the card. I loved this sentiment which I found in my 'words' box so I fancy cut round and attached to the lower right hand edge, slightly under the image.
I received the following cards:
A very eclectic card.
Thank you JudithAnn.
