Looks like I will have to buy some more ....!

Seriously, I hope everyone had a good Christmas, we did.

Little Soldier learnt the meaning of  'take the paper off'  and loved every minute - which lasted all day so that he had time to play with his presents - we loved watching him and joining in!!!

He soon learnt to play hide and seek, popping up above his tent .... which he tipped on its side so he could have more fun!!!

Dinner fitted in between the playing ...... although the hat came off for his afternoon nap!

What a superb day, good fun, good food and good company.  Thank you DDC and family.

We spent Monday chilling out with DDN - grown up presents, grown up food, grown up telly and lots of catching up!  Thank you DDN and A.

Now we look forward to the New Year and

  3. Little ones make Christmas don't they? To see it through the eyes of a child must make it all so very worth while.
Not that I did not enjoy my quiet Christmas, I did, but I do miss a child's laughter.
Happy New Year when it comes around
    Hugs, Neet 12 xx

  6. Happy WOYWW and Happy New Year for Sunday. Looks like your Christmas was a lot of fun. Sadly we did not get to see any of our grandchildren - but we still enjoyed playing a fun boardgame that I had bought for them in preparation for their next visit. A game for ages 3+ is definitely my age group!! Ali x #14
