WOYWW #393

This is What'sOnYourWorkdeskWednesday - if you want to find out more then checkout the WOYWW tab at the top of the page - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting this weekly meet up.

Another week, lots done, Christmas is getting nearer, all good crafters are panicking ........
Well, maybe not all of them.......some of them...... a few??!!

I was panicking and then it all seemed to fall into line ..... I'm out today doing the last of my Christmas Shopping .... presentwise......

The cards are finished and posted and after today I hope to start wrapping the presents ..... only one thing missing really .... The tree!      never mind .... next year .....  maybe .......

The desk is in 'left over' mode, not quite push back, not quite tidied up.......  more the 'shall I carry on making some more?' style .......

Well, I suspect it won't move much over the next few days!!!

Details of the Paris trip can be found here.... starting with Day one and then you will have to scroll through a bit... ..... just a happy memory ...... very happy......

Thank you to all my visitors last week, sorry I didn't get round to everyone - will try to do better this week - but in the meantime ...... have a good and happy week.

  1. I hope that, apart from food, I have finished shopping. Still got deliveries of presents to make but there are also a couple of special cards to do. Maybe I will finish them off later today.
Enjoy the shopping if you can.

  2. Punches, peel offs and assorted crafty ephemera would love a look closer, 😉 Christine, tree went up last week before visitors arrived, secret is to have a small manageable tree not a big fancy one. Then it gets done. 😄

  3. Hi Christine, yes, I'm pretty much finished too. I shall definitely keep up with making Christmas cards all year again, can't believe how stress less it's made things. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #5 xxx

  4. I'm so pleased you had a good time in Paris! A beautiful city. Well done with finishing the cards etc...I'm afraid our tree goes up on 9th December (my hubby's birthday) cos it's tradition and he sulks if it doesn't get done!

  6. Glad that you had a nice time in Paris and glad you're just about finished up. I'm done crafting. Tomorrow I am beginning to wrap presents and see what is left (if anything to buy). The sad thing is, there is so much time running up to the day and poof! suddenly it's over. Sigh.

    Happy WOYWW

  7. At least you have nicely pushed yourself a spot to make something! Nice to have all your shopping done, I still have a few more things to get, and the stocking stuffers - which seem to get more expensive every year! Thanks for sharing! Lindart #35

  9. It does look as though your border punches ar acting as paper weights! It's funny isn't it how the panic sets in and then suddenly all the balls drop from the air and land in a good place. We got a tree today, but it's going to stay undressed for a couple more days! Really like that even though you say unused, your desk has space to be ready and waiting!
