I selected several images from my stash and, using watercolour pencils, coloured up the designs.
I selected some text papers and adhered them to some base cards, rounded the corners and put them to one side for later.

I fussy cut the first image and attached it to the card. I smooshed the sentiment with a pale bamboo DI and attached it across the top of the card.

I fussy cut the next image and attached to the background paper with a sentiment coloured up as before.

I cut the next image into three parts, and attached them across the card. I used a brown sentiment strip this time along the side of the card.

Thanks for leaving the lovely comments on my blog! I finally checked out yours. Your flower designs really stand out against the printed background, love the idea and should try it out myself. Thanks for the inspiration!
