So it's over ...... for another year!!!
So many photos from last Saturday ...... bored yet? Here's a few more......
The Guys - we had trouble with these ........ |
Sarah the Photographer |
I hope I can give you a different view of the day ......
This was demolished during the day .... |
Such wonderful food was provided, cakes with morning coffee, for lunch we had Soup, delicious Chicken with baked potatoes and salad
The Prizes - Thank you to everyone who donated |
Wonderful prizes to be chosen, one small + one large - Thank you Jan for sorting and making it such fun.
Donations table was full to overflowing. I was encouraged at the end of the day to take some for my Craft Group, I thank you all on their behalf.
Then there was the Steam Engineer ..... he had a lovely day.
Thoroughly enjoyed himself and hopes to bring the finished steam engine to show you all next year ........Flying and Pigs come to mind!!! lolBut wait!
That's not what you're here for ........
The desk!!
It still has Crop Day on it ...... you're having a full length shot (if Julia can .... so can I!)
Tidy people look away now!
Now I look at it, I am seeing that C word looming large upon the horizon......
Today we fetched home the chickens, they have been to Worcester while we have been in Llandudno ....
..... fetching them home was supposed to take my mind off the main event .....
First Day at Nursery School
Where have the years gone by .....
Little Soldier is now Soldato Grande - not direct Italian but you get the idea!
Hi Christine, your comment about pigs and flying made me laugh out loud. Good job I was on my own in the shed catching up on visits. Glad I refreshed one more time or I would have missed you. Eva says thanks for the ATC. Hope 'Soldato Grande' enjoyed his first day/week in school. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #5

ReplyDeleteGreat to meet you Christine - didn't we have a lovely day. Fab photos and yes I had a chuckle at the pigs might fly comment too! Your little soldier looks a real poppet - they grow up far too fast don't they. xx Jo
ReplyDeleteWhat a great post. Loved the alternative pictures. I was not putting one on mine then someone commented and I went back and added one.
ReplyDeleteWasn't it great - here's to the next one!
Hugs, Neet 9 xx
Thanks Miss Christine for the lovely ATC, over thoughtful of you xxxx can’t believe that the boy soldier is at school, good grief, and he looks so happy and proud, how gorgeous. Love your desk view...oh you are so not alone! Lovely pics of the Crop, am so glad you were able to have some stuff for your craft group....I don’t think any crafter minds how much or who has what, it’s just important that it isn’t wasted! Really appreciate your ideas and efforts for a Crop opposite the steam museum, what an inspired idea. But to have to be a member to use the Hal, is a bit harsh, huh. Nevertheless, thank you both, for going the miles and doing the leg work.xx
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, some lovely photos here. Totally agree with Julias statement, as long as the stuff gets used were all happy! Have a lovely week, hugs, Shaz x
