WOYWW? What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday of course! The day I go travelling round as many desks as I can to see what other folks have been up to and, of course, my Thanks go to Julia at Stamping Ground for enabling so many desks and lifestyles to be shared each week. Thank you.
Some days I get up with a purpose, some days I don't . . . . get up with a purpose I mean!!
Today my purpose is Wednesday!
WOYWWednesday . . . .I remembered . . . only cos MaryAnn and Spyder posted so early . . . .
My desk
I was going to make the tartan card with the left overs from my ATCs For All swap but then I decided that it wasn't really 'Shades of Lilac & Mauve' so started on the second one. The pens are laid out, not cos I'm bragging, but because I never know which one, if any, will work on the day. I have some images to cut out but then decided to go with the diecut and stamp.
I shall spend this afternoon visiting the desks . . . . . just letting you know so that if you're out you can leave the key at the neighbours!1 lol

Well, the cards you have made fit the brief perfectly - lilac and mauve shade all over!! I quite like days when you have nothing in the diary so you can just have fun doing something completely different!

I do not understand Blogger I have to admit. It goes crazy sometimes and seems impossible to fix once it has decided on a course of action. Lovely cards Happy WOYWW Angela #9
ReplyDeleteLove the little slogan on your computer scree - I might just try that! I also struggle with white pens - why is it that manufacturers can't make one that works all the time every time - what is different about white ink that makes it so difficult? I've just bought some gold and silver Sharpies and they work beautifully - why can't they do the same with white? Sorry, this is turning into a rant LOL. Some lovely cards there! ReplyDeleteI love the collection of cards, Christine - always nice to see a colour theme running throughout and the purple choice is lovely. Witnessing yet more frustration with Blogger makes me very glad I made the move to Wordpress when I did - Blogger was an absolute pain then, and it seems to have got even worse since!!

Yeah I posted early cause it was scheduled, then I managed a couple of replies and the internet went down (our server this time, unlike the weekend problem which was the ISPs fault) and everything sort of went to hell in a handbasket after that! But I'm here now and happy to be. I am a big fan of purple (my Darling Daughter's favourite colour) and quite like tartan too (even if I am still in denial about how fast that December holiday is approaching) so a lovely desk to visit.

Hi Christine! Yes I did...I think I was up early or...more likely, hadn't gotten to bed and was also catching up on last week too! (and the week before!) At the moment I have a big pile of paper and card thrown in the corner coz I'm trying to make something for halloween and its not coming together at all!
