UK ATC June Colour - Favourite

My Favourite Colour ..... of course!   RED
I cut three cards out of a cereal packet and used the negative from a Tattered Lace Alphabet as a stencil, so that I could cover the cards with Red Alphabets.  I outlined certain letters with a red felt pen, namely R E D and then stencilled A T C  in pink and outlined in red.  One was straight down, one at an angle and one across the cards .... looking good!

I used one of the dresses I bought some time ago from The Fruit Pixie, taking the striped dress from the packet I inked it all over with red ink, including the bow at the waist.
Once it was dry, I spritzed it with red metallic ink and put to one side to dry.  I attached the dress to the card with the pink diagonal ATC in the corner.  This was complete as the dress said it all!

I sorted three letters from the packet bought from Fruit Pixie, two red and one blue.  Taking the blue letter 't', I inked this thoroughly with a red inkpad, drying off with a Kitchen paper, and inking again.  It took few hours for the ink to dry and then I attached the letters to the card.  Perfect!
That's not what the spelling spelt ......

I used a mandala made from red and gold papers using a Paper Wishes template I have had for years.  There's no link as it cannot possibly still be on sale!!!
From the vellum pad I bought at the Crop last week, I used the word HAPPY, attaching it at the back of the card with washi tape.

I edged all the cards with a red inkpad and now they are ready to go in the post .........
