Eleven days to go to 2016 Crop!!
Great things are happening round here, I not only have a clean patio but also a new cooker!!!!
So now I have a brand new cooker ......
I like an eye level grill, like watching the toast brown!!! lol
This cooker is so modern, the oven has a light inside, woo! hoo! I can do the Bakeoff thing .... you know .... lie on the floor and watch the cakes rise!
But you're not here to look at my cooker .... lovely though it is! .....you're here to see the desk .... drumroll ....
The Theme for this Swap is 'jar full of ....' so as you can see - two are finished (Autumn Blessings & Buttons) while my practise sheet is tossed onto the pile of Christmas stamps ..... I daren't put them away or I will have a last minute rush after we come back from Paris!! lol
Once I finish this set, I am definitely clearing the top and making a start on the Christmas cards - yeah! No! my brain doesn't work like that ..... I have priorities ..... swaps have to be made on time, or before posting date preferably!
My Dad said I was procrastinator .... when I told one of my daughters, she said that she isn't, she works better under pressure!!! That's me! Working better under pressure!!
How many days to go to Christmas?!?!?!?!?!
Have a good week, thanks for your visits last week, hope to visit a few more blogs this week ....
It's ok - we understand the joy of a new cooker. You're amongst understanding friends :-D. And I'm a procrastinator too! Looking forward to seeing you very much!

Weyhey, Christine. No more gas smell! Wonderful to have the fun of a new cooker... does the door do that woosh-under-the-oven thing that the Bake Off ones do???
ReplyDeleteI like the ATCs - great fun. A lovely thought - a jar full of Autumn blessings.
Take care. God bless.

Looking forward to seeing you at the crop! Love how your ATCs look! Hugs, Chrisx 32
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, looking good on the desk. Lots of interesting stamps and dies! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #5 xxx
ReplyDeleteI'd love to replace my cooker, it is old (still works) but would love a new one.. maybe next year. I agree about an eye level grill though, didn't think they still made them like that. there is hope for me yet! Have a great week. Helen #3
ReplyDeleteYour stove (cooker) looks so different from the ones we have here! We don't have the broiler thing at the top - and ours are much wider - it's amazing how simple things like stoves are so different in different places! I love your ATC jars filled with goodies! Will you be making more? Great idea! Thanks for sharing, Lindart #41
ReplyDeleteLovely new cooker. I miss the grill on the top. In the US for some asinine reason the grill thingy is on the bottom of the oven. You basically have to sit on the floor to grill anything - which would explain why mine has never been used. I miss cheese on toast!
ReplyDeleteThe desk looks very productive. I love the leaves in a jar. Great idea.
Happy WOYWW

I'm the same Christine, one job at a time and in as good a time as possible! Like the bell shape word stamp on your table, most useful.
ReplyDeleteHi Christine,
ReplyDeleteI work well under pressure too. It's been ages that I've stamped Christmas cards; lately I've been using a photograph of mine. Although I really don't have anything I can use this year..... Hmmm.
Happy WOYWW!
Peace,
Kay (33)
Hi Christine, busy desk and nice stamps too. Nice new cooker too and the smell should have disappeared now. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 14
ReplyDeleteI love to cook!! Your new cooker looks wonderful and I hope to see some pics of food here in the future! ❤️ Have a great week! ~Heather~ #47
