Don't ask me what went wrong, could be the inkpad, the inks, impatience..... will have to sort this out later.

V is for Vowels ..... oh no it isn't!
After I had stamped the vowels from several alphabet stamps (onto the not working Versamark card - waste not, want not!) I decided that 'vowels' was not really clear enough.
V is for Vowels, Velvet and Votes
I have had a background stamp from Stampin'Up for ages so today was the day to try it out. It's called...... Velvet!!
I used one of my DO inks and left it to dry while I sorted out the vowels I had used previously.
This time I placed them onto my acrylic block so that they were all in the same direction, turned my card to the landscape layout and started stamping using Versafine Onyx.
I stamped across the centre of the card first and then filled in the edges.
I saw this little man displayed on the web so had a go at drawing him myself..... not too sure but now he is water coloured, I am quite pleased with him. I added a few stickles to his flame as my bling!

My return card is very clever. Neat monochrome layout with a small amount of bling!
Thank you GwynethRose.
W is for Welder and Wonderland.

Just love Alice! I have a folder full of Alice images to be used but these are just superb. I love the colouring, the doodling.
Thank you Kathleen.

I had great difficulty in making the 'bones' visible as my 'ultimate white gel pen' just would not whiten enough for me.

Very pleased with the overall effect.
My return card uses a green letter infilled with lots of stocking images and the card is bordered with bling.
Thank you Barbara.
