Sharing with Julia at Stamping Ground.......come share your desk ..... it's fun.
here's mine ....
I am making August swaps..... yes! August!!!
This heat is a nightmare for me, I am a Winter Baby and anything above 20C is too much. My room Temp thingy only goes up to 32C and it has gone over that..... I'll just go and lie down.....
On my desk I am, intermittently, creating some ATCs (Colour - Blue) and some ATCoins (Theme - Famous People).
So a very short post today but at least it is on time .....
Well done to Helen H for catching me out last week (or was it this week!), was lovely to hear from you and thanks for the comment.
Hope you can stay cool, or warm, or whatever the weather is doing round by you .... have fun!!
My Artworks to Inspire and encourage and. . . . a bit of this . . . . and . . . . a bit of that . . . .

Hope it cools down for you soon Christine. London is supposed to hit 37 degrees tomorrow and I would never cope with that. Love the start of your ATCs and ATCoins. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #10
ReplyDeleteStaying cool in our very mild winter. Always good to start a swap early :)

I don't cope with the hot temps either but the sea breezes are helping a lot here in Burry Port. Today is quite pleasant. But the JanCave is boiling so I won't be doing much in there! Good luck with all the swaps :-)

Hi Christine, I prefer warm to being too cold, but don't like it when it gets unbearable and no breeze. It's not too bad here, but it was approaching 30, so the thunderstorm last night has cooled it a bit. You're well prepared if you are on August swaps already, well done you! Have a lovely week Heather xx #9
ReplyDeleteOh fun, I enlarged the photo and the ATC's are awesome. I love working with them. Thanks for the visit, trying to get thru most now as we are leaving for another funeral, mom's friend 107 and a hoot ! She had a great life. Our weather has turned beautiful with no humidity, wind or high temps...Its 70 and perfect.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week.
Hi Christine, fab ATC's. Looking great. Still really hot here, despite last nights storms. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #4 X
ReplyDeleteIt's hot everywhere! We are trying to stay cool over here in Central California but it's been a battle. LOL Your desk is busy - stay cool. Dorlene #26
ReplyDeleteI don't think I will ever be cool again. I've been to Boots Chemist and bought another of the cooler mats which I am sitting on at the moment but even that feels warm now, think it's time to put it in the fridge again Lol! Loving the ATCoins. I bought some MDF ones but still haven't got round to using them. I'm with you and will be pleased when the cooler weather is back again. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x13x
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, We hit 36 here today. My flat reached 28, even with the fans on.
ReplyDeleteHope you can keep crafting and stay cool.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Happy WOYWW

Love the start of the ATCs and coins. Hope you manage to stay a little cool - work has been pleasant because of the air con this week! Have a wonderful week. Love & God Bless, Caro x (#17)
ReplyDeleteHoping you have it cooler soon my friend. Looking forward to Fall here!

I am starting to have trouble remembering the last time I felt cool.. I hate it too like this/ Have a great week Helen #1
ReplyDeleteFortunately it is not as hot here in the north as lower down in the country. Mind you the only way I can get relief for my back is to use a hot water bottle. Imagine me sitting here with one in this heat - not good!
ReplyDeleteSorry you do not like it warm, I must admit I like wearing my winter clothes so in that respect I like the colder weather - maybe it is a case of feeling snug and wrapped up.
Sounds as if you are busy with the atc's - would love to see the atc coins you are doing. The only famous people I could do would be the Queen and Winston Churchill - oh and Elvis.
Have a good week and lie down when it is too hot for you,
Hugs, Neet 2 xx
Late to visit but had to wait till it cooled down a little, way to hot to be sat with a laptop. Still hot in the early hours of the morning and rising temps again for the morn.. Your so good at getting ahead of your swaps Christine. Happy WoywW Tracey #8
ReplyDeleteWe just can't cope with this weather can we! I don't mind it as long as I don't have to do anything and can keep out of really hot sunshine. Got Ben and Max coming today so that she can wet felt - just hope it's not too hot for that hectic activity! xx Jo
