WOYWW #701 the one with the hat

WOYWW?  What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday of course!  The day I go travelling round as many desks as I can to see what other folks have been up to and, of course, my Thanks go to Julia at Stamping Ground for enabling so many desks and lifestyles to be shared each week.  Thank you.

I feel quite pooped out after all the celebrations last week!!  Taking things quietly . . . . . again . . . .

The Desk

Just finishing some swaps for November.  The coins just need a little shimmer to the mermaids, edges neatened, and they're done.

The Copper ATCs are completed  . . . .

and the Teatime Coins . . . .need to be started!!!

So here is the hat . . . . what you've all been waiting for! It's very comfy and keeps my ears lovely and warm.

The photos aren't very good as they were taken as selfies . . .  these are the best of the bunch.

I am loving it, especially as it matches my hair so well.  lol

I was going to knit a matching scarf but I think that may be a touch too far . . .

  1. What gorgeous pics of you Christine! I LOVE the hat, it looks fantastic on you - I do agree that a scarf may be a step too far though, lol! Wow, your crafting is fantastic this week, those copper ATCs are gorgeous (they’d work well on cards too maybe?) and the mermaids fit so well into the circular shape of the coins, much more pleasing that in a rectangular atc shape. Have fun with the teacups too!!

  2. The photos are lovely Christine and the hat is perfect. I'm sorry but I don't agree, a matching scarf would be brilliant. You cannot have enough pink in your life Lol! I have too many dark colours in my life. Wishing you a very happy and creative woyww. Hugs, Angela x14x

  9. Oh you beautiful gal, the hat is perfect for you and I really like the plaited finish, makes such a difference to a beanie! I’m the one who doesn’t think a pink scarf is a step too far…if it makes you happy….and we already know how the pink suits you! Loving the ATCs, the copper is brilliant, would have tested me for sure. Tea as a theme pleases me, for some reason, I’m really drawn to tea cup images!
