WOYWW - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!

Visit here to find a friendship ring that goes on  . . .and on . . .and on . .

   Such days . . . . I am very discombobulated . . .

Managed to work out it's Wednesday, thanks to BBC Radio 4!!

Then trying to remember how to do this . . .  getting beyond me  . . . .

BUT

here I am!!

Back in the craft studio, attempting to create ATCs for February having missed most of December, all of January  . . . . at least I am able to sit at my desk for a while, all thanks to my helper lady (Lyn) who comes in on a Monday for a few hours.  Lyn managed to work out how my lovely new chair works so here I am  . . . .

She is marvellous, taking me out to the shops when I need retail therapy, tidying up behind me etc.  We have been clearing out the boxroom (at last!!) and trying to fill the big skip parked on my drive!  lol

Anyhoos . . . .  here I am at last . . .

the desk

Lots of papers to cut and stick . . .   some coins and ATCs are finished but one more set to do.

Short but sweet today as my SIL is coming with supplies . . .  fancy me some Bread and Butter pudding . . . . just call me old fashioned!!

  1. How fantastic that you have the lovely Lyn to give you some help, it sounds like it’s made all the difference! Well done for catching up with your ATCs, nice to be feeling crafty again. Hope your bread and butter pudding hits the spot!

  2. I once made a B&B pudding in my pressure cooker - it was flippin' gorgeous. Now you have me wondering if he could make one, but in the oven. Maybe not today, today he is off shopping.
I bet you are pleased you are well on the way with your ATC's - hope they are soon in the postbox.
Lynne sounds an absolute treasure. Hope the skip is almost full as that means you've finished with the clearing.

  3. I hope your skip doesn’t get filled by other people! How lovely to have some help. Bread and butter pudding sounds lovely - wonder if you can make it with gluten free bread? Do you add currants to yours? I prefer without. Glad you are back to crafting. Happy WOYWW Angela #12

  4. I love Bread and Butter pudding! It's a joke here actually because I don't eat much bread and didn't think I would like it as a pudding and we were away some years ago and they had it as the desert where we were staying and I reluctantly tried it and have loved it ever since in fact we have one oin the fridge right now. Hope you get the skip full soon and you can relax. Sending happy woyww hugs, Angela x9x

  6. Lyn sounds a real help. hope the bread and butter pudding was tasty, I am not fond of things like that, it's the texture, makes me gag! (sorry, probably TMI) Glad the chair has been sorted so you can sit at your desk and craft. Good luck sorting out the boxroom. Happy WOYWW Helen #3

  7. Oh, we like Lyn! What a great resource Christine, so happy to know that she understands to get the chair to the desk! Take it easy though, I'm sure that just like us, your ATC groups would like to see you little and more often than needing to fulfill every swap and challenge. Just enjoy what you do get done! Hugsssssxxx

  8. It is wonderful that you have a home health aid, their presence even one day a week, makes all the difference! So happy that you are back to crafting!

Okay, I am a Yank, so what in the world is bread and butter pudding? I have been watching reruns of "Impossible" but that hasn't shown up in any of the grids or questions.
