WOYWW #399

This is What'sOnYourWorkdeskWednesday - if you want to find out more then checkout the WOYWW tab at the top of the page - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting this weekly meet up.

Two for the price of one this week!

I am still destashing, although looking at this photo I wonder if I am actually destashing or just moving stash into new containers!!
Underneath it all are my challenge cards (or components) for this months cardmaking swap.

Just in case that photo filled you with horror .......my other desk has remained clear ......ish!
Just love my desktop scene, fills me with happys ........

Thank you to all my visitors last week, love reading your comments, my apologies if I didn't make it back to you.  The decision has been made to buy a new PC - desktop or laptop is still undecided but soon - and very soon...... like this year! - I will be able to get up to speed again and computing might become a pleasure.   Mind you, it only took 20mins to get sorted on line this morning!
Have a fun week and stay warm - or cool if you're other way up!   when checking the preview I see the main text is a fuschia colour ...... interesting ...... should be black!  Doncha just love Blogger!

  1. There is nothing wrong with destashing to a new container..... it contains the spill. You won't know yourself with a new PC or laptop.

  2. Hi Christine, I think destashing often turns into just finding a bigger container, lol. Yes, Blogger can be fun when it wants to. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #5 XxX

  3. de-stashing is not quite the same as chucking out....you do know that don't you?!!! However it is a lovely term that implies the intenet of chucking out, so I shouldn't be concerned if I were you! Happy WOYWW day! Anne #7

  5. Afternoon Christine - Only trouble with getting a new computer is that it seems able to answer the questions before you have even had time to ask them it works so fast...
You are having great fun de-stashing - lots to peek at today.
Thanks for your visit and comments. Yes, I've been busy - so today have "only" made 5 cards. Run out of energy - and I have visitors this evening, so have to manage to stay awake!
    Take care. God bless.

  6. I cannot live without my Mac, really, I unpacked it before anything else when we moved, I diligently back it up and I stroke it lovingly since I was informed by the Mac Shop it now qualifies as 'antique' all my money from art sales is now going into the replacement fund so I won't have to think twice about replacing it when the time comes... never have I got better value for money on something that enhances my art and my experience as an artist...Dx #39

  8. Strange how destashing often turns into recycling and moving boxes. Still your second desk looks nice and empty and clean. Good luck with it all.
Glad my little funny made you smile - was it the 'white dress' that gave it away? LOL
    Hugs, Neet 2 xx

  9. Nothing wrong with just sorting and realising what you have. That's basically what I did. I didn't get rid of a lot of stuff but I reorganised and sorted so hopefully I can find things!

    Happy WOYWW

  11. Destashing is always good - sometimes it's like Christmas all over again - finding things you totally forgot you had (and then, of course, keeping them, because they are, after all "new")Have fun with it! Thanks for sharing! Lindart #48

  12. Its like separating egg whites from yolks, I think. I end up with two boxes of stuff that was initially shoved into one. but it makes sense to me! Imressed that you're keeping going with the sort out, super duper impressed that the other table remains clear and useable at the same time!
