WOYWW #462

What'sOnYourWorkdeskWednesday - if you want to find out more then checkout the WOYWW tab at the top of the page - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting this weekly meet up.
My desk is invisible this week!
I am sorting out all the papers given away free with a Making Cards Magazine, also checked the CD freebie!
The theme is Male Cards and the papers are brill.  Little Soldier was extremely impressed with the cat and dog images!!!
I had purchased the magazine en route to his house for a short playing babysitting stint and couldn't wait to have a look.  He was very interested, think he thought it was for him but he lost interest after a while!  I placed everything back in my bag and as soon as I arrived home ....... I had a good look ...... and that's where I am at the moment.

I have enjoyed reading all the deets and looking at the photos of Ally Pally -  thank you all so much for sharing your meet ups, your demo watching, your stash (!!)  Not at all jealous!
It has been almost as good as being there myself.

Have a good week, stay warm .....

  3. Hi Christine, there do indeed seem to be some great 'Male' Images in those freebies! Some of the stamps I picked up at Ally Pally were because they had a male theme to them. Always the harder ones to make, especially if your males aren't into sport. fishing/beer etc! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #6 XxXx

  4. That's great that the freebies hit the spot - so often there's one or two things that are good and the rest are rubbish, so your's is a win win situation! I loved seeing all the pics from AP too, still, the way time is racing, we'll be ,eating up at Llandudno before you know it!!

  5. I too enjoyed Ally Pally through the postings on the internet. Mind you, not quite the same as being there although it works out a lot cheaper.
    Those papers look mighty useful.

  6. I have to agree it sure has been good seeing pictures from those who visited Ally Pally, i've never been as it is so far away for me and the cost could go towards more crafty stash so I will sit and enjoy those pictures whilst thinking whats on my wish list.
The magazines have some fabulous freebies in them now, so much better than they used to have. Anything that can influence Male card ideas is a winner for me!
    Thank you for sharing WOYWW.
    Creative wishes Traceyx

  8. Hi Christine. If I find anything male style I just need it, I have always found masculine cards difficult. Thanks for the visit to mine and happy woyww, Angela x12x
