WOYWW #463

WOYWW - All the deets on how to link up etc. and, more importantly, why you should, can be found at the top to the page.

I joined in a PIF on 'ATCs For All Forum' some time ago where we swapped envelopes of scrap papers - the premise being if it was our old papers we would never use them BUT if they were fresh ones from someone else's stash........
This week I have emptied all the envelopes into the basket ......
Now I am having a look at what there is ...... intriguing when you see them all together....

I think that I shall place all the same colours together and all the images together ...... and have an all together lovely time!
Then..... then .... I will create .... I will ..... honestly!

I am at Creative Expressions today, PJ said he will drive me to a workshop there ...... I am not mentioning the fact that there is a 'weathervane' factory on the same business park, one that made our Cockerel vane, which is not really working properly.....
I will update you all later in time ......
Have a good WOYWWednesday while I'm away from my desk ......

  2. I too like the paper swap idea, but here the postage has gotten so out of sight for out of area, I dread sending things. Cost me more in the states to mail my grandkids gifts then it does the gift. I use to do a lot of exchanges out of country but have cut way back on that we have postal issues in our area. Do have a good day....wishing everyone Sunshine #11

  3. Happy WOYWW. Enjoy your workshop and the trip to the factory. That paper swap is a good idea. I often get sent a few bits of stash when I receive an ATC, and I do use them more than my own scraps. Ali x #12

  7. Well not to be too negative because I totally understand the premise, but even someone else’s scraps wouldn’t inspire me at this point, I am SO on a mission to reduce that I want no more! Bet you’re having a fab time at CE. Are you sure it’s the bane and not the actual weather that isn’t working properly?!!!

  8. Well you don't hear about a weather vane factory that often! Hopefully you can get yours sorted out - there's a beautiful Red Kite one on the library in Llandeilo which I covet greatly. Think they'd take a dim view of me shinning up the gutters to nick it :-D. Hope you have fun at the workshop.

  10. There is some sense in that paperswap - but what could I give away? SUCH a hoarder. I wonder weather you've got designs on that factory? Sounds like it to me! Hope the workshop was fun. Happy Wednesday Cindy #20
