WOYWW #492

WOYWW - All the deets on how to link up etc. and, more importantly, why you should, can be found at the top to the page.  Thank you Julia for hosting another week of fun and mayhem.

Well, what a week!!  Our Sarah joined the Clarity Team!  Well done you, you so deserve to be on there......

Today I am continuing the theme of two desks Sarah ....... my desk and PJ's ..... sort of ....
anyhow .... here's my desk ....
in the middle of making more ATCs!
Can't help myself.... honestly!  I have actually finished these but thought I would keep you guessing!!

Peter has been working away on his steam engine .....

He has built up another piece .......

.... which fits over the first piece .......

.... please note I am very (not!) technical minded.....

...... all the little pieces inside all go round .... or up and down .....

.... in case you're wondering (and I know you are!) here is the piece built at Sarah's.

Last weeks Coin Theme was ......Space.
I made them as ATCs and then, when I checked the listing, found out they should be Coins!!!
The Moon Space just fitted but I had to change the other two  -  Sea Space and Air Space.

BTW - we have turned our heating on .......

  1. Hi Christine, great ATC coins, I'm guessing round is harder to work with than the traditional shape. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #5 XxX

  2. Fun coins! Interesting to work in a circle! And the engine is starting to look like one! Thanks for popping by! Have a great week!

  3. I love your ATC coins - I'm seeing them on blogs quite a bit now. I'd love to be able to comment intelligently on the engine but to be honest I have no idea what I'm looking at - it does look complicated and cleverly put together so far!
    Have a great week,

  4. I haven't done any atc coins yet, but loving seeing so many gorgeous designs everywhere. I am with Diana on the engine... very impressive, but no idea if it is good or not!! Have a lovely week Helen #1

  5. A cat on a radiator hammock is a sure sign of the heating being on...a whole new season marker! Love the ATC coins, even the fact that you managed to turn one from a rectangular one makes you a clever clogs. I wouldn’t even have thought of that before giving in!!

  7. Hi Christine, the ATC coins all look great, can't decide which is my favourite, they are all lovely. PJ's engine is looking good. Is that what he worked on at the Crop? Thanks for stopping by earlier, I am determined with the quilts, but time will tell. Have a lovely week Heather x #7

  8. Thank you for your kind wishes Christine. I love the fact that you are sharing PJ's desk as well as your own. Fabulous ATCoins, can't decide on my favourite, but the moon one is possibly the one! Happy WOYWW. Sarah #17

  9. Love your coins - cannot make my mind up about them as yet but I have now got a punch so life will be easier when I want to make some. I love the moonwalking one - how did you do it please?
Great to see Peter's progress but I am like you, not technical so it would be up, down, over and under for me too. It will be something wonderful when finished.
    Hugs, Neet 10 xx

  10. Gorgeous ATC coins, Christine. I hadn't come across these before. Peter's model train is brilliant! I think my hubby would love that. Ah, kitty hammocks! Ruby more or less monopolises the sitting room one and was using it even before the heating came on. They both squash in there together sometimes - bit of a tight fit! Thank you for your visit and your lovely comment, and I'm glad you are enjoying the process of both my current yarn projects - these seem to have taken over from mu paper (desk-based) ones recently.

Sorry for the delay in replying - it's been a busy few days!

    Happy belated WOYWW,
