WOYWW #508

If you would like to share your mess desk with like minded friends, please link up with us at Chez Julia (Stamping Ground).  There's lots of us over there, sharing all our little (or not so little) hobbies.  Come on over and join in............

My desk, you will be pleased to know, has been in constant use up until yesterday.  Yesterday everything was cleared away, all projects finished and ready to post.
Today is a different story!!

On the right of the photo, an envelope, opened but still full of Christmas goodies.  Bought in a sale, dumped to view later.
Just above that, disappearing out of sight, on top of the printer is an old page I used to pin up now and then on the wall by my desk at work.

Says it all......

On the left you can see..... ta! da!

My birthday present from two years ago!

I promised myself that this machine would go into my craft room so that I no longer had to go downstairs every time I needed a coffee......look!  There it is at last.

Disappearing out of view on the lower left ....

Some souvenirs that I brought back from Malta (don't ask me how many) years ago ....

All these found items ...

... and I have more baskets/boxes to go yet .... but I will get there.

I think this sort out bug has spread a bit more than I thought ....
PJ has found the shelving he bought (don't ask me how many) years ago and has started erecting it in his workshop.

Woo!  Hoo!  Go PJ!

I'll leave you with a couple of photos of some ATCs I have been working on this week.

I have been working with some wallpaper samples - found while tidying - and am quite pleased with the results.

I had already received these from my swap partner - Thank you Thelma - they're quite something aren't they?

  2. Well I would be envious of your coffee maker in the craftroom but as my craft area is in the kitchen it would sound a bit silly hee hee!! There's nothing like it to kick start that morning craft session. Think the clear up bug has bitten many, even my two children at home have had a clear out, not that much of a clear out to give me my very own craft room yet though :))

  10. The joys of living in a bungalow mean I don't have far to go for drinks. Great idea and a good looking item into the bargain.
My bff has had the clearing out bug too - she says she has made great progress - waiting to see. Maybe the two of you can come and sort me out.
Take care, hugs, Neet xx 2

  11. It's great when you come across items you forgot that you had Christine, like getting new stash all over again. Love the coffee machine, every craft room should have one. We used to have a notice like yours on the staffroom wall. Not sure what happened to it lol. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

  12. Great swaps, love the wallpaper, how inventive you are. I must say if this clearing and finding is a bug, I might like to catch it! Needs to come with a big dose of motivation though please!

  13. So much to see... coffee in the atelier, yay! I remember living in a house having to go two stairs down to get into the kitchen... I could have done with coffee in the atelier then - however, now that I live in an apartment the kitchen is just around the corner. The anti-stress poster is something to remember, I might create a similar one to put above my beloved's computer, ha! The ATCs are beautiful, both the ones you create as the ones you received! Thanks for your visit earlier this week, I'm late again with my woyww-visit-round... enjoy your weekend! Hug from Holland! Marit #15
