 The Desk . . . .

I am not multitasking, just flitting from one to another . . . .  better than watching paint dry!!

This is the current project . . . Alphabet Letter R . . .

Then it's on to the next one . . . . Bears

and so it goes . . .

We have snow this morning, at 05.00hrs there was a light smattering . . . .  by 08.00hrs the ground was covered and there were tiny snowflakes still falling . . . . . so tiny . . . . so magical . . .  so glad I don't have to go out though!

have a good week, stay warm and stay safe

  1. There’s nothing wrong with having a few projects on the go! I often do that too, just cos sometimes you have enough of one thing and it’s nice to swap over. We had a bit of snow too, it’s blooming freezing!

  4. I love to have a few things on the go too. I love snow but only from the other side of a window :-)

  5. Ah well it makes sense to have more than one thing on the go, but in an ideal world I would have two separate work spaces!! Doesn't always happen! Snow is fine until I need to go out. Only takes a few hours in London for it to turn to slush, then ice. Yuk. Happy WOYWW, love n hugs Cindyxx #13

  6. Good for you, doing what you want, that's the right idea. We had a smattering of snow, that has stayed on the mountain and garden, so pretty.

  7. How exciting it would be to ride an elephant with a parasol held aloft (to keep the sun at bay) on the local beach. Sadly we too have snow, ours came down late evening yesterday, much to our surprise as we let our guests out. Thank goodness they only had to cross the road (neighbours).
Looks like you are well organised with the letter 'R' and the 'bears' - as long as it keeps you happy what better could you do.
    Thanks for the prayers.
Have a great week, Hugs, Neet 3 xx

  8. I’m not good at more than one thing at a time, but boy, I have loads on the go..as you say, it’s so much better than watching paint dry, and I might add, doing too much domestic stuff! I can’t agree more with the screen saver, again.

  9. Looks like you are keeping busy with projects CHristine. I was glad to make it into work - the roads were much better coming home than going this morning. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #2

  11. I often have a couple of projects on the go - stops me from getting bored. We had ice and snow today. Had to scrape car to go for eye appointment with hubby - clinic ran late and we had to wait an hour and a half for a five minute consultation. Stay cosy! x x Jo

  12. We didn't get snow but the frost was mega. Didn't go dancing last night and not as life group this evening either. Took me 15 minutes to scrape the car this morning just to go food shopping, inside and out! The reading will be helping them to read actually, just as fun. Love your screen elephant sentiment, just right. BJ#17

  13. Hi Christine, no snow here just very frosty. Been to see mum. She's okay but went really weak when she started with a chest infection and the carers couldn't manage her as they don't have the capacity to send two carers so she needed some reabilitation and re.assessment. It's a nice nursing home where they've taken her and she seems quite happy though a bit confused. Looks like you're keeping busy which is better than trying to go out at the moment, it'd freezing. Take care and wishing you a happy belated woyww, Angela x11xx

  14. Frosty here too yesterday and some dusted rooftops visible out my window. Only popping to the Dr today so a walk across the street, really. Like you I always have too much on the go and 1000 ideas swirling about in my head. Keeps us busy, right? Who is that artist? Is it.. Toff or something like that? Love it, so full of whimsy. HAPPY WOYWW!
