WOYWW #480

This is What'sOnYourWorkdeskWednesday - checkout the tab at the top of the page for further info - and our thanks go to Julia for hosting again.

Woyww week 480!  the weeks are going soooo fast now, must be on a countdown to Chrismas!!!
This week sees me getting ready to create my last two swaps for the month.  Butterfly and Bloom ....

Various bits of detritus lying around the outside - yes, still using the push back method of tidying!!
If you look at the top right hand corner, you will see some strip stamps.  I've unmounted them and am going to try using them with an acrylic block.  I never used them when they were on the roller and they must be *$*&@ years old!!  Watch this space.

Another busy day with Little Soldier today.  Going on a Dinosaur hunt, ride a tram, have lunch in a Portuguese restaurant and then a soft play.  We may even find time to come home on a train ..... all go round here, betcha worn out just reading about it!

I hope I catch up with you all later .....

  5. Sound like a very busy day lined up there, thanks for making time to visit my desk, sadly my week has taken a busy turn, last week I showed a card for uncle Jack who was 96 last Saturday and died yesterday, so we have funeral to organise.
I'd be interested to see how you get on with transferring those strip stamps because I was never very confident with mine on the roller.
    Bless you

  8. Sounds a fun day Christine - must say that the Portuguese restaurant really interests me - how fabulous to be eating somewhere like that at the middle of the day.
I have some of those roller stamps - now where did I put them? Intended stripping them years ago and still not got around to it.
Are you doing atc coins? I just cannot get into the swing of them as how I try.

  12. Can I come too? Pretty Please?? A Portuguese restaurant sounds wonderful, I've never been to one. Hope you had a grand day out with your GS :-D. Your desk is looking rather full, I wish I could do the push aaway method but it just doesn't work for me, I have to clean up between jobs! Sorry I'm late replying, I was out all day on a WI Trip - to a distillery, hope you approve, tee hee!

  15. Sorry to be so late. Lovely colours on these ATC coins, love how the swaps keep you crafting no matter what! I hope the unmounted roller stamps work out well, no reason why they shouldn’t, it’ll be nice to use them at last. Hope you’ve had a fab day with your sweet grandson!
