WOYWW #532

Gonna get in early this week so I am all prepared, last week I only just scraped in by the skin of my teeth  .....
Another busy week going on around here, different places to be but with the same old (young!) people.  We have several places to visit but not until after the important swimming lessons, I am so proud of the boys being able to swim at such an early age.  They have both been to swimming lessons since they were babies.

The desk....
It is Tuesday and I am sitting in the sunlight crafting ..... who could ask for anything more?
You can guess the theme for these ATCs.... I hope to put all the papers together today before I close down for another day.
Short but sweet as they say!
Have a good week and I hope that your weather behaves itself.

What'sOnYourWorkdeskWednesday - if you want to find out more then checkout the WOYWW tab at the top of the page - and my thanks go to Julia for hosting this weekly meet up.

  1. I should imagine racing cars have something to do with the theme for the ATCs Christine. Enjoy your visits with the little ones and hope the weather does indeed behave itself. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #9

  2. How wonderful to be crafting in the sun. I've closed all my blinds against the heat here and am beginning to feel like I live in a cave. Hoping for cooler temps soon!

  3. We had sunshine like that yesterday as well but today it's tipping down! Just as well we have no plans to go out as the bathrooom guys are tiling/fitting new lights. Have fun with the family today!

  7. Nice to see the sun peeking through the window this morning Christine, it's dark and dreary here with thunder a rumbling.. Have a great day with the boys and their swimming lessons such an important life skill to be learnt. Sorry I missed you last week, I've not been online for nearly a week but glad I caught up with you today..

  10. Glad you have the sunshine, it seems to avoid us when others enjoy it.
Good to hear about the boys swimming a good hobby to get into and such a welcome one too. To be able to swim is good, my dad was a part-time swimming instructor but could not get me to swim, I have an aversion to the water getting over my chest.
    Hugs, Neet 1 xx

  12. Swimming ability at an early age is really great..my daughter is a right old water baby still, a really good lifelong help and skill. And apart from that, isnt it lovely to see the littlest achieving and enjoying!! So glad to see sunlight on your desk, its been pouring here pretty much all week. Ugh.

  13. Hi Christine, glad you are having some lovely sunshine to enjoy. I'm more likely to need a canoe than suncream if it keeps raining as it has been doing! My grandsons are both learning to swim at present, and luckily we had a private pool when we were on holiday, so they were in there every day. Have a lovely week, hugs Heather xx #25

  14. Short and sweet is good for me. You are right it's good to learn to swim as early as possible. It took me until I was 25 before I managed it and then I realised how easy it actually is though I am not particularly good at it. I'm late getting round this week but I will drop by everyone no matter what, don't like to miss anyone out. Have a great creative week, and a happy belated woyww, Angela x15x

  15. Hmmm, yup, I have to agree with the others, definitely race cars!! I can't wait to see your ATCs. I'm in the eastern part of the US and we are having a bit of a reprieve from some extreme heat. Today is lovely at about 72F. It has been a strange spring and summer weather wise. Enjoy your creating time and have a wonderful weekend!
