The desk

I did it!!
I managed to persuade PJ to drive out into the countryside ..... so I could visit Amelia's....
I needed wanted loved those cow stamps, you know the ones ...... DDN would love a card created using one of these images...

Ok..... here's the real shot of my desk!!
I haven't managed to persuade PJ to drive me over for a couple of years so one has to make the most of a visit in person!!!
Thought I would add to my Brusho colours... then a few more stamps fell into my basket .... and some stencils.... some tiny dies along with some flower dies.... and a topper pack....and then I stopped looking at the shelves!!!!
I am sure that you all understand how it goes!
I shall post my creations as and when as I hope to catch up on my blogging activity.
Have a good week everyone
My thanks again to Julia (see tab at top of page) for hosting another get together of desk.

  6. Hi Christine. Love your style!! These things just fall into your basket, don't they? I just don't know how it happens... Great new stash. I am indeed in Devon the second week in September. I'd love to meet up for a coffee. I'm down in the South Hams not far from Ivybridge. I'll email you later with my details 'cos once I leave here on Friday morning I won't have internet, only texting.
    Take care. God bless.

  13. I too fell in love with the cows, but so far have resisted, but for how long? I am so glad you got to visit the shop - and I must remember NOT to go there myself if things magically jump from shelves and into baskets. Good for you, if you only go now and then what can our menfolk expect? H needs to take you more often.
How is your back? I know you suffer with it and am wondering what you do. I had a bad day yesterday, set off last night for a meal with friends, got half way there and had to turn back, the pain was too intense. No way could I have sat there.

  14. How persuasive you must be...now he knows what might happen, it might get even harder to persuade him! I like the cows very much, I havent seen them before. I find burying my head is the best way to avoid having to have new stuff, and then you lot show me, and now...now I want the cows and the stencils! Im thinking that you blew your budget Missus, how wonderful! Hope you get a lot of enjoyment from this haul!

  16. Hi very late Christine special warm hullo from Oz for your dear self and PJ, although winter here our days are lovey and mild.. enjoyed so,e time near beach and walk wit beach views this arvo.. but methinks your powers of persuasion were successful and very kind of PJ to take you there to fill up your basket so beautifully. I’m glad I live in Oz the pst cost and very bad dollar makes one abstain... most of the time! Cuteness plus and other needful goodies.
Happy very belated WOYWW. Thanks for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x #4

  17. Lovely stamps, Christine! Thank you so much for your comment, and sorry to be so long replying. Glad you liked my make-up remover pads. They are proving to be absolutely brilliant! I've been looking out for an email from you but so far I haven't received one. I checked in my spam folder too. Perhaps you haven't managed to send it yet. It would be fun to meet up if it's possible! Thank you for the info about your niece's PIP. I hope the result is in her favour. The more I hear, the less I like it. I am really nervous about tomorrow but trying to remain strong!

Happy very belated WOYWW for last week, and a happy one for this week!
