WOYWW #628

WOYWW - All the deets on how to link up etc. and, more importantly, why you should, can be found at the top of the page.  Thank you Julia for hosting another week of fun and mayhem.

Another week has flown by, I am still learning about my laptop . . . . . have managed to add a couple of programs so feel happier now.

The desk:

Pile to the left is paperwork to be or being sorted.

The new photo on the laptop is to honour Peter.  When Fx saw the one I had there, he wanted to know where the Cheetahs were . . . . . they're back!!

The pile on the right is some boxes of peeloffs found when sorting for paperwork!?!  Don't ask!!

Anyhow I am going to transfer them into a larger box so that they are with the rest of my peeloffs . . . . I'm  thinking along the lines of car boots, now they are back on the scene!!

So there you go, lots of sorting and throwing and tidiying and sitting wondering if it will ever be finished!!

Happy WOYW day

  1. Love the pic of the cheetahs, how fab that Fx was happy to see them back x Well done on the sorting, sometimes it seems to go on for ever but it’s a job well done. I can’t get on with peel offs, they end up stuck all over everything except where they’re meant to be. Cack-handed? Me? Too right!!

  2. Sometimes sorting and organizing is mindless busy work and other times it is tedious and feels unfulfilling. Regardless, it feels so good when it is over. So glad you are enjoying your new laptop better. Those cheetahs are gorgeous. Happy WOYWW from # 4.

  3. Hi have loads of peel offs and did use them lots but now they are another one of those things going into the Use it or Lose it box but I'm sure there must be a way of doing something with them. Love the cheetahs though I would like to meet one on a dark night Lol! Wishing you a lovely creative woyww, Angela x14x

  5. That is a beautiful image of Cheetahs, aren't they gorgeous looking animals. It sounds like you are doing a great job sorting things out - it will feel so good when it's done.
Hope you have a good week,

  6. I went through my peel offs a little while ago and tried to use some up -not through with that task yet. Some I charity shopped. I did get a big pack from a car boot sale years ago of border lines. They seem to take ges to use up. Are carboot sales back? Used to love wandering round those. Angela #18

  8. Glad you managed to get the cheetahs back Christine. I've never been one to use peel offs but my MIL was obsessed with them and has more than she could ever use. I hope you can find some use for them.

  9. Great to see the Cheetahs Christine. I have boxes full of peeloffs but rarely use one except for maybe a sentiment or number. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

  11. Well done with learning the new laptop, and I love the cheetah pic too. Also well done with the sorting and clearing! I can finally say that I am also in sorting/clearing mode too, at long last! A mammoth task, but I am getting there. So nice to see the floor again. I'd almost forgotten what it looked like.

Happy belated WOYWW and God bless,

  13. Love cheetahs, Christine, they’re so regal looking aren’t they and familiar memories are very precious, how so very nice Fx cared, special.
And now peel offs I use them, had them out last week, will share cards next week all being well, how I used them with washi tape cards,.
They look fab together and they’re two under-utilised items crafty wise.
Lots of mine came from others stash over the years, though did buy quite a few about a decade ago, when first discovered them, thanks too for popping over and making* my day with a comment.
Thanks for Sharing, God bless and keep you safe, and all those you love, hugs Shaz in Oz.x
