May Swap

I have used part of one of my Masterboards for these cards.  This Masterboard consists of various papers that were on my desk from a previous project.  I used some of them as is and also tore some of them into strips and adhered them all over the inside of a cereal box front.  Once they were dry I then painted some clear glue all over so that the papers were sealed.  My thinking was that I could then add an image ..........

I added one of my Stamping Up girls to this card, stamped using Versafine Sepia and the watercoloured with a gold wash on the dress.

After I had attached the image, I outlined it with brown gel pen and then added the TH sentiment sticker.
I edged the card with a brown Promarker pen.

To this card I added one of the images bought from The Works.  Although I washed the 'painting' with gold it cannot be seen so well.

I corner punched this image, it looked rather plain........

I used a mauve gel pen to outline the image and, after adding a TH sentiment, I corner punched the card. I edged the card with a deep purple Promarker pen.

I used one of the images from JanW swapped in the Stamped Images swap for this third card.

Once again I outlined with the brown gel pen and added a TH sentiment.  This has been a really good investment as there are plenty of sentiments left in the book.

I used a dark brown Promarker pen to edge round the finished card.

I have received the following cards:

Flower, feather and sparkles.

Love this card, simple cutouts but effect when the sentiment is added.

Silver, mauve and grey on a dark blue background.
Very effective.

Thank you Thelma for some super cards.
