WOYWW #726

 Hello and Welcome .  . . . .

On a bright sunny day I give you  . . . . the desk!

Quite a selection there . . .  this month's swaps so far.  I was getting them ready to post and realised that the top card is a no no . . .
This is my entry for the Alphabet Challenge . . .  excellent, I get to use my new stamps . . .
Sorry, this should be for my Die Cutting Group!!!  lol   Guess I will have to find an appropriate die cut banner for a sentiment . . . The times I do this I could not count . . . .
made some super ATCs for my other Group, then realised they should be coins . . . . good job it is that way round and not the other . . . .
The resulting coins from a punched ATC can just be seen at the bottom of this pile!!  The things I do to amuse myself . . . .

I have been outside in the garden this week, so apart from a few hours in my craft room, I have been slowly weeding and pruning . . . . I have managed to weed and prune the corner that my SIL cleared for me.  I wish I had taken before photos but  . . . .

I couldn't get anywhere near that border until SIL cleared a way through, weeding the patio and sweeping up afterwards . . . All the mint that grows alongside the house has been cut down, just one or two shoots are visible but come the Summer proper . . . there will be a small hedge of fresh mint!!! Smells beautiful when the french windows are opened!!  lol
The Flasher is looking good, no need for a new coat of paint this year . . . and the fairies will welcome the sunlight, first time they have seen daylight since Peter died . . . . forgot they were there to be honest!

So that's been my week . . .  very busy.
The screen
Like I say . . .  very busy . . .

  3. Good morning, Christine. I have promised links for you in my post this week. You stay as busy as me. With the exception of we can't get warm weather long enough to do anything outside. I bet the fairies are pleased in your neck of the woods. I fear mine are still wearing coats. Creative Blessings! ~Kelly #19

  4. That corner of the garden is looking very neat and tidy Christine. A great effort from you both. Hope you manage to sort what is needed for the rest of your swaps. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #1

  6. Hi Christine, late getting back from the meeting for my mum which seemed to go well but trying to get round a few of my friends before bed. I think we've all got excited about a project at some time and then realised we were on the wrong track. It's easy done. Wishing you a very happy, creative belated woyww, Angela x6x

  7. I always feel like I should like gardening but nope. I think it goes back to when we had to weed at the beach as punishment when kids. Bah! Loved seeing all the ATC play and am reminded that the anniversary is coming up fast. Now where is my folder of addresses? New computer last year and I am still hunting for things when I tried to have a good tidy after the switchover. Silly silly me.
    Happy WOYWW ( just a day late :D )

  8. Oh well done, the garden corner looks splendid, I love that the faeries have been freed, hope they frolic! Made me laugh about the stamped card for the die cut swap…at least you realised in time, not sure I would have, I get so pleased with myself for having done them on time!!

  10. I have loads of gnomes, as I used to make them...but so far this year...no mint... I've had to do a lot of chopping in my garden because of 'things' going wrong...(next doors fence nearly falling down...lights not working...plus other things...but I think it will recover! No wonder Ive not done much crafting! Keep crafting. Happy WOYWW ((Lyn))#7

  11. I've had a bit of a catch-up ... too long since I've visited. I seem to spend my days mesmerized by the whooshing sound of time flying! I wish we had more energy as we got older, instead of less .... this is not the time of our lives when we should be doing less, what with it being so short and all. Oh, sorry, Christine, I digest. I enjoyed your desk and garden and your busy-ness! I'm glad one of us is being productive, lol! Hugs, Darnell
